Daily Text

Several years ago I started to receive a daily email from the Moravian Church sending me the daily scripture & prayer that was started years ago by the Moravian Brothers. It's a great email to open each morning. Often these verses are just what my heart needs for that day.

Today was an unusual text because it was all the one sentence admonitions from Isaiah 7:4 and I Cor 16:13: Here's the list for you to read:

Take heed
Be quiet
Do not fear
Do not let your heart be faint
Keep alert
Stand firm in the faith
Be courageous
Be strong

Those are powerful and pithy and worth passing along today

Be encouraged in the Lord!
