Superfoods on my Table

Oprah has posted the 25 superfoods we're supposed to start eating immediately and work into our diets for optimal health. It's a great list. I'm encouraged to see we eat many of these foods already. Here is the list of what I already eat that is on the list. You'll have to click the link to see all 25. Be sure and let me know how many are on your dinner table.
avacados
beets
sweet potatoes
cabbage/cauliflower/broccoli
blueberries
spinich/kale
leek/onion/garlic
whole grains
oregano (they said 1/2 tsp is the equivalent of a spinich salad nutritionally!)
cinnamon
ginger/pepper
yogurt
salmon
sesame seeds
walnuts
green tea
dark chocolate
