We had an enchanting family vacation in Germany & France. One of my favorite cities in the world is Paris. To spend 4 days in paris with my husband, children & Fur Jeans was a life dream. We used every second of our time there to enjoy pastries, art, culture, history, shopping, pastries, art...all the things I love.
Didn't have time for knitting since we were packing our days so full of all things Parisian. However, one of the sculptures I adored at the Orsay is of a woman spinning & winding her yarn. A graceful basket sits beside her and she is winding her yarn onto her spindle. She is beautiful and crafty and peaceful. I'll include a photo of her for you to enjoy - take a little breath of Paris Knitting/Spinning today!
I'll leave you with a photo of me in Paris so you can see I actually was there. Yep, here I am tuckered out from a long day of wine tasting, museum touring, shopping and sight seeing - so we decided to sit in the park and put our feet up for a few minutes of rest. That's the Eifel Tower in the background and the Arch de Triumph right in front of me. Quite a place to put your feet up!
