9 and 11/3

My youngest is having a birthday this weekend. I'm adjusting. My baby will turn double digits. Seemed this day would never come and now I'm having to adjust. I'm comforted by the fact that she's been talking trash about it all week and in her passion to provoke is trying to accurately state her age: 9 and 11/12 would be correct. However, since they haven't covered fractions yet in 3rd grade she throws out random numbers trying to guess the exact proportion. Today she's been saying she's "9 and 11/3rds". This is easing my growing pains today. I can adore a girl who is 9 and 11/3rds!
