Just to show I'm still procrastinting and not getting to the nitty gritty of my teaching next week, I took the Jane Austen quiz. Who am I? Elinor. Felt that coming as I took the quiz - just wasn't able to mark the more daring, dashing romantic options. Will have to rewatch Sense & Sensibility to gain a new understanding of myself! (Another way to procrastinate and not get my work done!)

Just thought you'd want to know...I'm "Emma"! Ha! Described in the quiz as: the queen of your social circle, small and provincial as it may be (ha...what a description of Frydlant!), and feel it's your duty to help those less influential than you (sheesh...that sounds awful...). You often meddle in the affairs of others (really?), though you do it with a pure heart (ah yes, the pure heart...that's at least nice!). You are often deluded in your flights of fancy (hmmm...when would those be?), but your good intentions and creative spirit make you someone anyone could like (at least I'm likeable!). Funny quiz!
