The Kids stepped onto School Bus #160 at 6:50 this morning - cheery & excited & eager for the day to begin. I know this won't be the traditional school morning routine but it was a nice way to get the year rolling. The bus driver leaned out of the door and said, "Only 180 more school days!" That guy really loves his job!
I took the dog out for a good morning walk, hoping he'll settle down this morning in the too-quiet house so I can get some work done. Ooh! Pretty. When the 5am train woke me up, I thought of you guys, and the kids already in school! Can't wait to hear more about it!
