Had a weather moment today that made me yell the question, "Where do we LIVE?"
It hailed yesterday - little balls of ice - for a couple minutes before breaking into sun and then shutting down into a freezing drizzle of a rain. Hoped for better weather today.
But today brought the same. I heard the pings of hail on the porch and looked outside to see a workman trying to put in city sewer pipes being hit on the hard hat by balls of ice. They were popping off his hat and flinging to the sides. I'm sure he was wondering if he should have pursued an indoor career!
However, in the spirit of the Spring Equinox last Friday I have found some inspiring Spring yarn. Shameless plug about to commence:
If you have time you should pop over to Funky Carolina's etsy shop. She has some delightful fibers - spun or raw if you want to do the spinning yourself. The dyes and spinning are superb and will entice you into a bright spring knitting project.
The one calling out to me today is Veggie Garden Hands. A sure sign of Spring is my husband getting the garden ready. I love the name, colors and bulk of this yarn. Definitely tempting to get my hands into this fiber garden!
